Buzzr displays sports data from public sources for informational purposes. Buzzr is not affiliated with the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, or any other sports league. All league names, team names, and logos are property of their respective owners. Content on Buzzr is provided AS IS for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Conduct

Users may not:
  • Engage in automated data collection or scraping
  • Create unauthorized accounts or impersonate others
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

User Content

When you post content on Buzzr (takes, ratings, comments), you grant Buzzr an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual license to use it. You retain ownership but waive moral rights regarding platform usage.

Virtual Currency

All Pollen transactions are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. Pollen cannot be purchased, traded, or redeemed for cash.

Termination

Buzzr reserves the right to deny access or delete accounts without notice for violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Claims must be filed within one year.

Buzzr disclaims all warranties and limits liability for errors, unauthorized access, interruptions, and third-party services.
